Once you have placed an order with Senhoa UK we will do our utmost to ensure your item arrives as quickly as possible.  Please note we are unable to accept orders where full address information has not been supplied.

We offer a choice of two services for UK addresses:

  • Standard (£5.00) Standard delivery services uses 1st Class Royal Mail (signed for)  You should receive your order within 2-3 days.

  • Guaranteed Next Day (£9.00) delivery service uses Royal Mail Special Delivery and will be dispatched by the morning of the next working day for orders received before midday (weekdays only).  This service requires a signature on receipt of delivery.

EU Delivery uses Royal Mail International Service (signed for). This service aims to be deliver within 3 days from leaving the UK, with a maximum of 20 days. 

This service requires a signature to be given on receipt delivery.

Orders received before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched within 48 hours.

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). If paying with a non-UK credit or debit card, please check with your card issuer for conversion rates and any charges they may levy on foreign currency transactions.

North America

CUSTOMS INFORMATION

When ordering goods from Senhoa UK for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Senhoa UK, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type. For instance, orders containing Jewellery will generally be listed in a way similar to the following example: Solidarity Necklace - £40.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

If the order is a gift, the package is marked "Gift" but the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using Senhoa UK's site, you are agreeing to the terms of use.  By placing an order with Senhoa UK you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the Terms and Conditions.

Senhoa UK has taken great care to ensure that items on the site are presented as accurately as possible.  Each item is individually hand-made and may vary slightly from the picture.  It is important before placing an order to have read through these Terms.  To be eligible to purchase Items on this website you must:
  1. be the holder of a valid debit/credit card 
  2. warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.

 A contract between the customer and Senhoa UK for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been confirmed, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Senhoa UK reserves the right to cancel any order at any time providing no payment has been taken.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

Our returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unless faulty or not as described, we cannot refund or offer an exchange on:

  • Earrings
  • Sale items

This does not affect your statutory rights.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure all proof of postage is retained until your returns have been succesfully recieved.
Please email a request (info@senhoa.co.uk) for refund/exchange within 14 days of recieving your goods. 
Please return the goods using a recorded delivery service and retain all certification of posting. The address for returned product is :- Senhoa UK, 24 Darley Road, Manchester, M16 0DQ.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

COST OF RETURNS

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. This includes any delivery charge incurred during the intial transaction.  Unfortunately at present Senhoa UK are unable to provide a refund for charges incurred for returning your unwanted goods unless they are faulty.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

CONDITION OF RETURNS

It's important that returned items are in the same condition as recieved, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging in tact. We ask that all items are returned to us within 14 days of reciept - any items that are returned outside of this 14 day period will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force. 

FAULTY ITEM

If the item you received is faulty, please contact us (info@senhoa.co.uk) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us (info@senhoa.co.uk) quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. 

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
